Leaders from companies and NPOs are the main guests at the “LeaderSHIP”.

During the retreats from one to 7 days it is about how faith and business (Jesus and business) are lived.

It’s about, among other things:

– Values – God image
– Trust and responsibility
– leadership styles
– Characteristics of good teamwork
– Purpose in life, goals
– How to succeed in living out the faith at work in one’s own company?

I work as a freelance consultant and coach for companies in the areas of leadership development, team development and cultural development. I incorporate the sailing yacht into the coaching sessions. Other companies and multipliers use the “LeaderSHIP” for seminars on the above topics from one to three days.

My goal is for living faith to be lived as an important pillar in all companies and to be part of it.

Auf der „LeaderSHIP“ sind vorwiegend Leader aus Unternehmen und NPO’s (Nonprofit-Organisations) zu Gast.

Während der Retreats von einem bis 7 Tagen geht es darum wie Glaube und Geschäft (Jesus und Business) gelebt werden.

Es geht u.a. um

• Werte
• Gottesbild
• Vertrauen und Verantwortung
• Führungsstile
• Eigenschaften der guten Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Sinn im Leben, Ziele
• Wie es gelingt, den Glauben im Beruf in der eigenen Firma zu leben?

Ich arbeite als freiberuflicher Berater und Coach für Unternehmen im Bereich Führungsentwicklung, Teamentwicklung, Kulturentwicklung.
Die Segelyacht baue ich in die Coachings mit ein.

Andere Firmen und Multiplikatoren nutzen die “LeaderSHIP” für Seminare zu den obigen Themen von einem bis 3 Tagen.

Mein Ziel ist es, dass der lebendige Glaube als wichtige Säule selbstverständlich in allen Unternehmen gelebt wird und dazu gehört.
