The conference will be held at the Broad Reach Maritime base, Porto Astro, which is just North of Athens International Airport.

Arrive: afternoon/evening 1st May 2026
Depart: morning of 5th May 2026

We will arrange transport from the airport at a fixed time, probably late in the afternoon.

The conference fees are: €200 (€150 for under 18's) and include your accomodation and food.
