Sailing with Purpose

Kia ora, Halo, Hi and G’day Mate,

We’re Rob and Kerri Price. We’re an ordinary kiwi couple who decided we’d rather live a life of purpose, than one of regret. Currently living aboard our Freebird 50 catamaran, we’re on the adventure of a lifetime. After nearly 10 years of short-term mission and volunteer work around the globe, we’ve taken a leap of faith and are starting in Vanuatu, we’ll be partnering with people and organisations who are already making an impact in the world.Our volunteer and charitable projects come under the umbrella of Equip Vanuatu Charitable Trust. Established in 2015, the trust is a New Zealand registered charity and works alongside both local and international agencies in the areas of health, education and community development.

Some of the projects we have been involved with include professional development for teachers in community schools, seed funding and development support for micro-enterprise, general and specialist medical clinics in outer islands, community education projects, and empowerment programmes for women and children experiencing family violence and sexual abuse.
